As adults we tend take ourselves, our life, growth and spiritual practices so seriously.

In this workshop we connect with our precious vulnerability, open ourselves to sacred play and express ourselves in authentic way. We let our inner clown heal us in the way it only knows the best.

About me:

Anni Pellikka is an experienced, warm-hearted space-holder with + 15 years experience in arts, embodied self-expression, breathflow and creative yoga for groups and individuals in Finland, Spain, Portugal, India and Iceland. Anni's heart desire is to guide you to rest in your being and be your healing voice by combining her colourful background in embodiment and performing arts.
